I wanted to talk about education. It’s role and its function. I was at a class on resolving conflicts this week and while the class was useful and informative, I noticed something later that day. I had a skip to my step a sort of bounce, I felt inspired. Strange I thought to myself, certain key phrases that were used, rang through with me they stuck out and meant something. I realized something I don’t think I ever forgot. Even if the subject is not the most amazing, the skill development and knowledge gained from those who came before us, who have had success, and been in the trenches with us, gives us the edge, and sets us apart from the others it makes us professionals!
