What is your home worth? Have you ever wondered why homes of similar nature are so differently priced? Why have homes started selling faster and for more money now than last year, or five years ago. I wonder about this all the time, is there a magic wand that somebody waves and the market picks up? Sometimes it seems that way. Here in Chilliwack there are many factors that influence the market and prices, as well as which house sells fast and first. It amazes me all that goes into it, and all the behind the scenes work that is involved by Realtors, and the joy and passion they have for looking after your investment. I am glad I can be considered one of these people, it is truly a blessing to get work with you passion. I know I can answer these questions, and over the next few weeks, I will try to explain them in a way that makes sense to everyone.
