Market Study Part Deux

So last week, we looked at the market and found out its as hot as ever. I  focused on the Chilliwack proper area, and how it related to the whole area, this week will look at the Sardis side, specifically the flats.

Here are how the numbers shake out

Average Days on the Market 55 days compared to 35 days for the overall area.

Average Listing Price $444000 compared to $485000 for the overall area.

Average Sales Price $405000 compared to $355000 for the overall area.

Incidentally, there has been a decrease in the amount  of houses for sale, by almost 200 and the average home is selling for $30000 more than last year.

The numbers are great right now, but they are only part of the puzzle, I can fit the rest of the pieces together.
