This November was one for the ages. The market continued to heat things up in our beautiful city. With nearly 600 more homes selling last month than the year before and a cool 1000 than 2 years ago. Amazing!
This year continues to be strong and looks to grow through the new year. With inventory at an extreme low it is a great time to sell. It is also important to work with an experienced agent during your buying process to carefully navigate the waters of a changing aggressive market
