So one month done of 2017, how are you feeling? is it better than 2016? this edition of January saw a myriad of interesting events, from the beginning of the end of the world, whoops I meant the inauguration of President Trump, to the frosty winter we’ve had. I wonder if there is a connection? Anyway as I climb on down to reality, it was another great month for Real Estate here in Chilliwack, with numbers up in almost all categories, including if you can believe list price to sale price percentage, would you believe that last year if you listed your home you could reasonably expect to get 98% of what you were asking, and this year it would fetch you 100% whoa! Lets take a look at a few of the stat graphs.
