Are you as thankful February is over as I am? Thankfully its such a short month. As one of the coldest in history did it have any affect on the market? Here are the numbers from last month compared to the last three years. I was most surprised to see while the total sales numbers have dropped dramatically, the prices have virtually frozen. I am personally finding that this is due to Sellers and Buyers being on different pages when it comes to value.
